Amanda Brewton

Amanda is the owner of Medicare Answers Now in Cleveland, Ohio which is Field Marketing Organization with agents in over 40 states and specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Part D Plans, and more. She has been working in the Medicare field for over 17 years, working for both Aetna and Anthem. She continues teaching numerous courses across the country on such topics as: Ethics, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and many Continuing Education courses. She was recently awarded “Educator of the Year” by her local state NABIP Chapter.
She is also the creator of the Ms. Medicare Conference, which provides an environment for women to network and learn from each other about work/life balance, being a business owner, industry trends and other fundamental skills to help them attain their dreams. She is also the creator of Medicare and Margaritas which is a conference open to ALL agents which focuses on subject deep dives and social networking. Last, Amanda is the partner for the Agent Symposium at the Medicarians: The Future of Senior Health, Retirees, and AgeTech Conference in Las Vegas, which is the industry’s largest event with over 4,000 of the Who’s Who attending.
Amanda has been a member for NABIP (National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals) since 2007 and held several seats on the Northeast Ohio Chapter board. She is currently serving on the National Media/Communications, and Membership Boards. She has also returned to the NABIP Medicare Advisory Group which is a select group of leaders from across the country that work directly with CMS and various other legislative organizations to discuss the various concerns and issues facing the agents in our industry.

Robin Tefft
As the Creative Director of various radio stations in the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia markets, she was responsible for writing and producing commercials for local and national clients as well as station promos. The winner of multiple National Association of Broadcaster awards for commercial production excellence as well as numerous local broadcasting awards, Robin Tefft’s love for all things marketing and advertising knows no bounds…so don’t get her started.
2020 was the year of the pivot. As advertising was the first expendable category, Robin’s department was eliminated in June of 2020.Here’s where things got interesting….
In the fall of 2020, her mom and dad got taken by a Joe Namath commercial and were put in a plan completely wrong for them. That’s when Robin decided on her new career as a Medicare Agency owner. Talk about a change of direction.
In the early spring of 2021 Robin had her first meeting with Amanda Brewton, and the rest is the very short history. Using her background in advertising and marketing, Robin laid the groundwork for her success in reaching people. She did this a million times for clients and other businesses; it was time to do it for herself.
Now, in 2025, Robin is the owner and principal agent of Senior Benefits and Beyond in Ewing, NJ not only serves individuals but is also the dedicated Medicare resource for numerous universities and companies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
